She made each step comfortable and didn't push us through any of the steps of this process and helped keep the stress to a minimum. Our listing agent Michelle Glantz was very sweet and professional with my mom and I. When we needed compassion she was there for us as well as leading the sale with a somewhat 'not so nice buying team from Remax all the way to the inspector they sent. To be honest, It felt like a match of opposition throughout the whole sale with the buyers agent, buyers and inspector. Very very stressful!! I have sold my homes in the past and it was always a good feeling of helping the buyers and doing what we could to sell our home and everyone was just happy. Things happened this time or found broken and instead of the buyers team asking or admitting they broke something, they either kept quiet until we found it broke or accused us thereafter of the damage. Now why would we sabotage our own sale? It was Craziness and stressful with REMAX from beginning to end. But Michelle at CENTURY 21 made things right for us all the way through LIKE AN ANGEL helping us...she was very down to earth, very kind hearted and tough when needed to be. She was quick with responses, took the time to explain things to us and never lost connection all the way to closing day and even AFTER CLOSING as well...yes, REMAX AND TEAM was STILL looking for petty things to blame us with to get more money even DAYS after closing (for slow toilet) my home was immaculate well kept.
